Your Responsibilities:
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery and equipment
- Ensuring a smooth production process
- Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Troubleshooting minor malfunctions and assisting with repair work
- Monitoring product quality and adhering to quality standards
- Documenting production data and malfunctions
- Contributing to continuous improvement processes
- Assuming shift responsibility and coordinating workflows within the shift
Your Profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Experience in operating industrial machinery preferred
- Professional experience in the food industry is desirable
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Independent and structured work style
- Strong sense of quality and responsibility
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late/night shift)
- Reliability, teamwork skills, and a meticulous work approach
